I have just finished a session with Tom Tom customer care where I allowed them to have remote control of my computer. The Go is now loaded with up to date maps etc,but on the internal memory down loading summer maps required use of sd card because internal memory of device was not sufficient. I still do not know why the USB’s were affected and why I still can’t use them,apart from charging up phone’s etc; I used a rear USB to connect the satnav to the computer while they had remote access.
